The eDuo Project is an initiative based on the german model of dual training and focuses on companies that want to have a wider role in the field of training, permitting thereby youths to alternate between training in the educational centre and training in the company.
The objective of this project is to motivate young people to continue with their technical and educational training until the next level (intermediate level training courses) through a subsidised pre-professional experience, that complements the studies of first level professional training.
Moreover, we promote new work methods that include more participative ways: the student is the protagonist of his own educational process and the company has a wider role in the field of training.
In this way, companies could get potential workers trained according to their requirements while carrying out actions of Human Resources and CSR: talent management, social employee engagement, social actions and commitment to the community.
